Cancellation Policy
75% refund if notified 4 weeks or more (30 days) prior to the date of the clinic.
50% refund if notified 2-4 weeks (14-29 days) prior to the date of the clinic.
0% refund if notified with less than 2 weeks (13 or less days) prior to the date of the clinic.
Up to 50% refund possible if your spot is filled by another client.
If clinic is cancelled due to lack of snow or any other circumstances beyond our control then spots will be held until next season.
